Annual Dues Edit page

The Association collects annual fees of $625.00 per lot (as of Dec. 16, 2021), which is due before January 31 of each year.  The assessment benefits all lot owners and provides for the following services:
 

• Trash & Recycling Collection
• Street Lighting
• Landscaping at the Community entrances
• Mosquito Control
• Legal Fees 
• Insurance

Dues can be paid online with a credit card with an additional processing fee through your personal account or can be paid by check and mailed to Woods of Wimbledon Civic Association, Inc.  PO Box 11509, Spring TX  77391-1509.
